Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
The Beeline Campus (Pvt) Ltd is an English-language education institution operating in Galle and Matara, Sri Lanka, in partnership with SDFL under the Ministry of Education. For anything in this policy, contact us at [email protected] or 071 657 5808.
2. What We Collect and Why
We collect only what we need:
- Exam result lookups — your NIC number and Beeline registration number, used solely to verify your identity and display your own results. The lookup itself does not add your NIC to any new database; our security log records a masked version only (last 4 digits).
- Certificate verification — certificate number and registration number, used to confirm a certificate's authenticity.
- Contact and enrolment enquiries — name, phone number, email, and your message, used to respond to you.
- Technical logs — IP address, time, and request status, kept for security and abuse prevention.
3. Cookies and Third-Party Services
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage (sets cookies), Google reCAPTCHA to protect our lookup forms, Google Fonts for typography, and a privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) YouTube player that sets no cookies unless you press play. Links to WhatsApp open Meta's service under Meta's own privacy policy. We do not sell personal data, and we show no third-party advertising.
4. How We Protect Your Data
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/HSTS. Student records used for lookups are stored outside the public web area, protected by request verification (reCAPTCHA) and IP rate limiting. Access is restricted to authorised staff. Security logs mask NIC numbers and are automatically deleted after 90 days.
5. How Long We Keep Data
Security logs: 90 days. Contact enquiries: up to 1 year. Academic records (results and certificate registers): retained as institutional academic records for verification purposes, reviewed periodically and archived offline when no longer needed online.
6. Your Rights (PDPA)
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 you may ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; erase data we no longer need; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to [email protected] — we will respond within a reasonable period as required by the PDPA. You also have the right to complain to Sri Lanka's Data Protection Authority.
7. Students Under 18
Some of our students are under 18. We collect the minimum data needed for their education, never use it for marketing to minors, and accept enquiries from parents or guardians acting on a student's behalf.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Significant changes will be announced on our homepage.

The Beeline Campus (Pvt) Ltd යනු අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය යටතේ SDFL සමඟ හවුල්කාරිත්වයෙන්, ගාල්ල සහ මාතර ශාඛා ඇතිව ක්රියාත්මක වන ඉංග්රීසි අධ්යාපන ආයතනයකි. මෙම ප්රතිපත්තිය සම්බන්ධ ඕනෑම කරුණක් සඳහා [email protected] හෝ 071 657 5808 අමතන්න.
2. අප එකතු කරන දත්ත සහ ඒවායේ අරමුණ
අවශ්ය අවම දත්ත පමණක් අප එකතු කරමු:
- විභාග ප්රතිඵල බැලීම — ඔබේ ජාතික හැඳුනුම්පත් (NIC) අංකය සහ ලියාපදිංචි අංකය, ඔබේ අනන්යතාව තහවුරු කර ඔබේම ප්රතිඵල පෙන්වීමට පමණි. මෙම ක්රියාවලියෙන් ඔබේ NIC අංකය නව දත්ත ගබඩාවකට එක් නොවේ; ආරක්ෂක log සටහනේ රැඳෙන්නේ අවසන් ඉලක්කම් 4 පමණක් සහිත ආවරණය කළ (masked) අංකයකි.
- සහතික සත්යාපනය — සහතික අංකය සහ ලියාපදිංචි අංකය, සහතිකයක සත්යතාව තහවුරු කිරීමට පමණි.
- විමසීම් / ලියාපදිංචි ඉල්ලීම් — නම, දුරකතන අංකය, email සහ පණිවිඩය, ඔබට පිළිතුරු දීමට පමණි.
- තාක්ෂණික logs — IP ලිපිනය, වේලාව සහ ඉල්ලීමේ තත්ත්වය, ආරක්ෂාව සහ අනිසි භාවිත වැළැක්වීම සඳහා.
3. Cookies සහ තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව සේවා
Site භාවිතය අවබෝධ කර ගැනීමට Google Analytics (cookies යොදයි), forms ආරක්ෂාවට Google reCAPTCHA, අකුරු සඳහා Google Fonts, සහ play කරන තුරු cookies නොයොදන privacy-enhanced YouTube player අප භාවිත කරමු. WhatsApp links Meta ආයතනයේ සේවාවට යොමු වන අතර ඒවාට Meta හි පෞද්ගලිකත්ව ප්රතිපත්තිය අදාළ වේ. අප පුද්ගලික දත්ත විකුණන්නේ නැත; තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව දැන්වීම් පෙන්වන්නේද නැත.
4. ඔබේ දත්ත අප ආරක්ෂා කරන ආකාරය
සියලු සන්නිවේදන HTTPS/HSTS මගින් encrypt කෙරේ. ප්රතිඵල සෙවීමට භාවිත වන ශිෂ්ය වාර්තා පොදු web ප්රදේශයෙන් පිටත ගබඩා කර ඇති අතර reCAPTCHA සත්යාපනය සහ IP rate limiting මගින් ආරක්ෂිතය. ප්රවේශය බලයලත් කාර්ය මණ්ඩලයට පමණක් සීමා වේ. ආරක්ෂක logs වල NIC අංක ආවරණය (mask) කෙරෙන අතර දින 90 කට පසු ස්වයංක්රීයව මැකේ.
5. දත්ත රඳවා තබන කාලය
ආරක්ෂක logs: දින 90. විමසීම්: උපරිම වසර 1. අධ්යයන වාර්තා (ප්රතිඵල සහ සහතික ලේඛන): සත්යාපන අරමුණු සඳහා ආයතනික වාර්තා ලෙස රඳවා, කාලානුරූපව සමාලෝචනය කර, online අවශ්ය නොවන විට offline ලෙස archive කෙරේ.
6. ඔබේ අයිතිවාසිකම් (PDPA)
ශ්රී ලංකාවේ 2022 අංක 9 දරන පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනත යටතේ, අප සතුව ඇති ඔබේ දත්ත වෙත ප්රවේශය, වැරදි දත්ත නිවැරදි කිරීම, තවදුරටත් අවශ්ය නොවන දත්ත මැකීම, හෝ කැමැත්ත මත පදනම් වූ සැකසීම් සඳහා කැමැත්ත ඉවත් කර ගැනීම ඉල්ලා සිටිය හැක. [email protected] වෙත ලියන්න — පනතට අනුකූලව සාධාරණ කාලයක් තුළ අප ප්රතිචාර දක්වන්නෙමු. ශ්රී ලංකා දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ අධිකාරියට පැමිණිලි කිරීමේ අයිතියද ඔබට ඇත.
7. වයස 18 ට අඩු සිසුන්
අපගේ සමහර සිසුන් වයස 18 ට අඩුය. ඔවුන්ගේ අධ්යාපනයට අවශ්ය අවම දත්ත පමණක් එකතු කරන අතර, බාලවයස්කරුවන්ට ඉලක්ක කළ අලෙවිකරණයට කිසිවිටෙක භාවිත නොකරමු. ශිෂ්යයෙකු වෙනුවෙන් දෙමාපියන්ට/භාරකරුවන්ට විමසීම් කළ හැක.
8. ප්රතිපත්ති වෙනස්කම්
මෙම ප්රතිපත්තිය වෙනස් වුවහොත් මෙම පිටුව සහ ඉහත බලාත්මක දිනය යාවත්කාලීන කරමු. වැදගත් වෙනස්කම් මුල් පිටුවේ දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ.
